Lake Kiowa is just south of the Oklahoma border and the Red River, nine miles east of Gainesville in southeastern Cook County, Texas. There are approximately 1,700 acres of land surrounding a tree shaded 583-acre man-made lake and a PGA rated 18-hole golf course. There are more than twenty-one miles of hard surfaced roads; all utilities are underground; cable TV is available in this center that comprises the third largest community in Cooke County. Lake Kiowa is a serene, beautiful, fun, friendly, exciting and safe community.
