Cabot is one of the friendliest and most livable communities in central Arkansas. Only 20 minutes from Little Rock, Cabot is close to everything - commercial, entertainment and cultural centers; scenic parks; beautiful lakes; family fun; and outdoor sports. A fun place to visit, and a great place to call home. The scenery consists of gentle rolling hills with breathtaking views of the Central Arkansas landscape. There are beautiful natural rock formations jutting magnificently out of the hills. Cabot, Arkansas boasts one of the finest school systems in the state with the most rapid growth of any school system in Arkansas.
It has seven elementary schools, a Middle School, a Jr. High and High School. The high school has a complete array of athletic and cultural activities. Cabot golf, football, and volleyball Teams are among the finest in the state. Over the past few years the city of Cabot has experienced exponential growth. There is a new Medical Center, as well as, a new industrial site and office complex. The Cabot Public Library has over 40,000 volumes. There are two local newspapers, the "Cabot Star -Herald", and "The Leader". A small town atmosphere with one of the finest school systems which is 5A, but still has small classes. A growing town but still friendly and a great place for a family or retired military.
