The township is located in the southeastern portion of beautiful Bucks County, and covers an area of 18 square miles.

We are bordered by Morrisville Borough, the Delaware River, Falls Township, Middletown, Newtown, Upper Makefield, and Yardley Borough. Lower Makefield is about 25 miles northeast of Philadelphia. Situated where Route 1 and Route 95 intersect, we have a convenient location.
