William Levitt built the historically noteworthy Levittown in Bucks County between 1952 and 1958. Levittown is not really a "town", but an area that has sections in Falls, Bristol, Middletown, and Tullytown municipalities. The homes are affordable, and we are getting into a proud second generation of Levittown residents. Homes range in prices from the $140s for a 3 BR 1 Bath ranch style home called a "Levittowner" in the Bristol sections, to a large 5-6 BR, 3 Bath "Country Clubber" model in the Middletown section of the "Gates" that might sell for the high $390,000's.

Every Levittown neighborhood was designed with easy access to schools, parks, and shopping. There are always families ready to move into another section of Levittown, or to move here as an affordable option when moving into the area or north from the city of Philadelphia.

Levittown has developed into a rich multicultural patchwork quilt with many different religious centers, churches, synagogues, and recreational clubs.

Levittown is great for first time homebuyers or relocating families that are looking for the ultimate example of planned neighborhoods.
