The town of Olmsted Falls is located in the Cleveland metropolitan area and is just 12 miles southwest of downtown. The West Branch River flows just to the east of town and several major transportation routes are within easy access, including I-480, I-71, and I-80.

Residents of Olmsted Falls can take advantage of a very strong school system and a relatively quiet lifestyle, as well as the year-round cultural and sporting events that take place in Cleveland. Olmsted Falls is home to one of the area's most interesting historical centers: Trolleyville U.S.A. This museum showcases the often overlooked history of trolley cars and even offers visitors the chance to take a ride on fully restored models from the early 1900's.
