Known as the Latchkey to the White Mountains, Meredith is approximately a two-hour drive from any metropolitan area such as Boston, Worcester, Montpelier, or Portland. Meredith has become a popular four-season resort with its quaint New Inns, Shops and restaurants. Meredith usually has a population of 5,000, but it increases to 15,000 in the summer months.

Gunstock, our local ski area located on Route 11A in Gilford, boasts a 700-meter hill where national ski jumping competitions take place. Gunstock offers downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and night skiing. Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley and Cannon Mountain are only 45 minutes north.
