Crockett is a friendly community with a small town atmosphere, lively residents, and locally owned businesses ready to serve you. Overlooking the wide Carquinez Strait, bordered by rolling hills and surrounded by park lands, Crockett is a country oasis in the urban San Francisco Bay Area.

Started in 1867 when Thomas Edwards built his Homestead, that is still there, the town is an eclectic mixture of craftsman to modern style homes, with 3,200 residents and families. Crockett is made of old-timers whose families have been there for generations and newcomers who visit one day and immediately decide, "This is the place for us."
